Unfortunately we had to put that horse down 3 months (age 19) after that day, i suppose he just couldnt cope with not being able to hunt how he had been all his life.

Mr Hardaway had a kennel of 16 he used for Jack Rabbit and Coyote in Texas and New Mexico that my wife looked after,our bitch Treacle had run everything over here and took to running coyotes and Jack rabbits really well. She'd been trained by my mate in Fife who knew how to make Lurchers,sadly he has given them up, and now runs the Scottish Terrier Racing Team. The only fault ours had was she wasn't bothered where she grabbed Old Wiley,most of the People out West view this as a fault and like Throat dogs. She still got her fair share though,on a good day with enough dogs you'd get 10-20 plus coyotes.
