He really doesn't come across as a very bright human being at all, and one wonders how he ever became DPM, and how he held the job for so long. Some of the sentences that he came out with towards the end of last night's programme were nonsensical. If anyone knows where I can see a transcript, I'd dearly love to revisit his gibberish.
