Yup, when you're stuck behind an old person behind a woman behind a bus. You can't overtake 2 cars AND a bus at the same time so you have to sit there and be patient because they're too goddam useless to even try and overtake it... (Yes I insulted…

well it worked for me! I would love to know what happens to this chap, makes you think twice about scratching anything, I fail to see how they can prove he was 'not in control' when nothing happened he did not wipe out 'a que at a bus stop' incident…

nothing wrong with being a student I was one myself and you are right the last thing you want to do is sack them, make the buggers work for at least some of the time.

Dogging 3 Replies

Hello, and welcome to myhuntingspace

There is no specific agenda for the way in which this site may develop, and I hope that you will make of it what you will.

It would be nice to have some more images, if not faces displayed for those who’ve joined. Remember how we ridiculed John Prescott’s description of hunting folk as having contorted faces? People dropping by myhuntingspace might just get the wrong idea!

But whatever you may use the site for, please take care to say nothing that puts in jeopardy the accident-plagued exempt hunting, trail hunting, and hound exercise that those of us in the UK continue to enjoy.

Please check the blog section for the latest news, things to do, or whatever. And of course don’t hesitate to add your own contributions.

This site has been set up to celebrate hunting, its culture, its landscapes, its animals and its people, in the UK and elsewhere. I especially want this to become a showcase for hunting related photographs and digital movies, so please join and get uploading now.

Also, feel free to use the forum to advertise hunt functions and fundraising events, and to flag up new hunt merchandise.

Onwards to repeal!

Finding Out Which Hunting Seasons Are Open

One of the first things you need to do before planning a hunting trip is to figure out what seasons are open.

You can easily find out what seasons are available or what will be coming up by going to Google and searching for "colorado hunting season dates" and change it to whichever state you live in. This will usually take you to your government wildlife management website where you'll be able to obtain all sorts of information.

Your states website should be able to tell you what animals you'l… Continue

The Man From Snowy River

"The Man From Snowy River" by Andrew Barton 'Banjo' Paterson

There was movement at the station for the word had passed around
That the colt from Old Regret had got away,
And had joined the wild bush horses - he was worth a thousand pound,
So all the cracks had gathered to the fray.
All the tried and noted riders from the stations near and far
Had mustered at the homestead overnight,
For the bushmen love hard riding where the wild bush horses are,
And the stock-horse snuffs the battle wit… Continue

Is hunting a sport?

It is much more than a sport, it's culture, it's our animal-human nature.
